Plans

The yearly subscription gives you two months free. VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout according to your country.

How the quota is counted

• An image described successfully counts as one image, whatever fields are written.
• Failures, cancellations and images that could not be sent are never counted.
• Images being processed are reserved on the quota, then counted when they succeed.
• The quota renews every month, on the date shown in the Overview tab.

The free account is tied to your site: disconnecting and reconnecting the site does not reset the month’s counter.

When the quota is reached

The queue pauses until the renewal and a banner offers bigger plans. Your site keeps working normally: nothing is blocked from publishing, and processing resumes on its own the following month.

Subscribe to a plan

1. Open SafeAlt → Plan in your admin.
2. Choose a plan: payment opens in a secure Freemius window. Freemius, our reseller, handles VAT and issues the invoice.
3. The plan is activated on your site automatically, without changing the connection.

Several sites

The Pro and Agency plans cover 5 and 25 sites. To attach them:

• the site you buy from is activated automatically;
• sites already connected with the same email address as the purchase are attached automatically: so connect your sites with that address before buying;
• for a site added after the purchase: open the Plan tab, click I already have a license key and paste your key. It is in your Freemius account (log in with the purchase email). Can’t find it? Write to us and we will send it to you.

Refund

A subscription can be fully refunded within 14 days of each payment, no questions asked: write to support@zmlabs.net. See the refund policy.

Cancellation and invoices

A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep your quota until then. Invoices and renewal settings are in your Freemius customer portal. The texts applied to your images stay in place in every case.
