14-day refund
If an Accounting Export for WooCommerce Premium license or a SafeAlt subscription is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
How to ask
- Write to support@zmlabs.net from the email address used for the purchase, or make the request from your Freemius customer portal.
- The refund is made by Freemius, our reseller, to the payment method used.
- The license or subscription is deactivated once refunded. For SafeAlt, your site goes back to the free plan; the texts already applied to your images stay in place.
Renewals
The 14-day period also applies to automatic renewals (monthly or yearly), starting from the date of the charge.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content supplied immediately, this right may be lost once the download starts, if you expressly agreed to this at the time of purchase. Our 14-day refund guarantee applies in every case, whether or not you have downloaded the software, so you do not need to worry about this distinction.
