Accounting Export for WooCommerce

Accounting Export for WooCommerce turns your shop’s orders into double-entry journal entries, exported in the format of your accounting software: DATEV, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Sage 50, Exact Online, SAP FI/CO, Zoho Books, Holded, Pennylane, EBP, Ciel or the French FEC.

The FEC format and every accounting feature are included in the free version. The 12 other formats and the automatic monthly export, reserved for the Premium version, carry the Premium badge.

Who this documentation is for

  • The shop (merchant, small business): uses the WooCommerce → Accounting Export page to generate its monthly file. Start with Getting started.
  • The accountant: sets up the chart of accounts once (VAT, OSS, categories, gateways, customer accounts, journals). See Settings and Accounting logic.
  • The agency or developer: requirements and available filters are described in each chapter.
