Buying questions
Who takes the payment?
Our licenses and subscriptions are sold by Freemius, which acts as reseller (merchant of record): it takes the payment, calculates and remits VAT or sales tax for your country, and issues the invoice. Prices shown exclude tax.
Accounting Export: does the license renew automatically?
Yes, every year. You can cancel the renewal at any time from your customer portal. Without renewal, the plugin keeps working with all its formats; only updates and support stop.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Accounting Export for WooCommerce Premium can be tried for free for 14 days, without a credit card. SafeAlt gives you 25 images a month, without a credit card.
What if the plugin is not right for me?
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
What counts as a “site”?
A WordPress installation where the license is activated. An agency managing several shops picks the matching number of sites (5 or 25). For Accounting Export, staging and development sites are not counted.
Accounting Export: can I change plan during the year?
Yes. Write to support@zmlabs.net with your license email address and we will tell you how.
SafeAlt: what happens if I go over my quota?
Processing pauses until the monthly renewal, without ever blocking your site. You can move to a bigger plan at any time from the “Plan” tab of the plugin.
SafeAlt: do failures count?
No. Only images described successfully count towards the quota; failures and cancellations are never charged.
